Caveat: You must be a startup to enjoy that.
The definition of "startup" is by an honour system. No rules.
Otherwise, consider their Normal Plans. Not bad too, as they a per month subscription, and 20-40¢ per transaction. There is no % fee per transaction.
If I am a startup, I will go with Spreedy.
